All About Me
My name is Pat Mitchell and I am in my 4th year here at the Geneseo Middle School. I previously taught nine years in the Rock Island School District. Though this is only my 4th year here at GMS, I am very familiar with the district. I graduated from GHS in 1983. I earned my education degree from Western Illinois University, and a Masters from NOVA Southeastern. My wife (Nancy) and I have been married 18+ years. We have an excited 8 year old daughter (Bailey) at Millikin, and a 3 year old boy(Connor) at Growth. Along with teaching 7th grade math, I stay busy with coaching 8th grade football and varsity softball. The return to Geneseo has been nothing but wonderful. I am looking forward to many years teaching in the Geneseo School District.
